Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Gara: Page 3, line 22: Delete "60 [90]" Insert "90" Page 3, line 26: Delete "45 [60]" Insert "60" Page 3, line 29 through Page 4, line 5: Delete all material. Page 7, line 31: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. HCS CSSB 298(JUD) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
